Bid 2 Ride, a ride Share with a Twist

When a smart investment team in New York came up with a brilliant business idea, they went looking for someone to help their start-up get from zero to launch. We were stoked to be picked. Working with their existing internal dev team, we first went through a multi day discovery workshop. They helped us understand the business model thoroughly, their ideas and current brand and UX design.

Leading up to and between workshops. we researched their competition, target audience behaviors, common user journeys, and top dog competition.

With a much better understanding of the business, brand, audience, market, and the competition… we went to work. Over the next 3 months we crafted a new brand system and multiple “best practice” user journeys for both the rider and the driver.

We continued to work with their internal dev team, supporting QA and product through launch. The product is currently being beta tested.
