Tremor Video DSP, a leader in video ad tech
Taking a different approach than their competitors, Tremor decided to look outside of their industry for experts to help them redesign their DSP. We began by researching the overall market, competitive landscape and both internal users and external clients to formulate a winning strategy. We redesigned their DSP (Demand Side Platform) from ground up using industry best practices.
Over the next year we designed and managed the development and release of Tremor’s new DSP. Using our customer centric and consensus driven approach to product management we built small working releases to get something in front of the users quickly and gathering feedback all along the way. We worked with internal managed service and self-service teams, external clients, internal development team and the executive team to ensure alignment.
Once ready we lead the change management, held training session and a roadshow with all top 10 clients to ensure high adoption. The new redesign was responsible for cutting overall campaign/placement setup time by half and doubling their self-service business. In addition to redesign we also worked on a Homepage Dashboard, Volume Forecaster and Enterprise level APIs for the Tremor DSP.
